MONTHLY WATER AND/OR GARBAGE BILLS

All customers should receive their water-sewer-garbage bill on or around the 1st of each month.  Please note that failure to receive a bill does not relieve a customer of any payment obligation or late charge.

 

All water-sewer-garbage bills are due by the 15th of each month.  A 10% late charge are added to all bills that are not received by Town Hall Clerk's Office by 5 p.m. on the 15th of each month.

WATER SERVICE CUT-OFF PROCEDURES

Water service will be disconnected without further notice if payment in full is not received at the Town Hall Clerk's Office by 5 p.m. on the 25th day of each month.  A $50 late fee will be added if payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the 25th of each month and water service will be disconnected beginning at 8am on the 26th.

WATER SERVICE CUT OFF DAY IS THE 26TH OF EACH MONTH.

The entire balance, including all late fees must be paid before water service is restored.  Past due balances will not be carried over or for any reason at the end of the month.

​

If water service is disconnected for non-payment, the customer will have 7-days from the date of disconnection to pay the entire bill in full before their account is finalled out.  After being finalled out, the deposit is applied to the account at that time.  In order to have water service restored after this date, all prior balances must be paid-in-full, at which time the application process will start over, in its entirety again, including a $250 deposit.
