3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Activities
4 p.m. Easter Egg Hunt
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Pictures with the Easter Bunny at the Gazebo in the Memorial Garden
Partner agrees to donate 500-filled Easter Eggs, which will be dropped off at the Kershaw Heart & Soul office in the community center at Stevens Park no later than April 5th, 2019. Please note that pre-filled eggs can be found on Amazon.com and OrientalTrading.com for about $100.
Partner agrees to set-up a table(s) with either free information, free promotional items, free treats, free treats, free raffle and/or craft activities. Designated spots will be assigned with set-up between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. the day of the event. Please note tables are not provided, and the Partner will need to bring a table, chairs, tents etc.
::: OPTIONAL ::: Partners have the option of setting up additional table(s) of free treats, free promotional items, free raffle and/or craft activities. Please notate on the Partner Agreement form.
This is a free community event and no merchandise or food will be sold.
What to expect the day of the Easter Egg Hunt
Partners will set up their table(s) in designated area at Stevens Park between 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Easter Egg Hunt will start at 4 p.m.; there will be 3 age groups. Please remember to bring an Easter Basket.
All children area asked to register at the picnic shelter by 3:45 p.m. A color coded wrist band will be given to them identifying which age group they will be in for the Easter Egg Hunt, in addition to being entered into a raffle for prizes (i.e., children's bike and Easter Baskets).
Bring your camera as pictures with the Easter Bunny will be at the Gazebo in the Memorial Garden between 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
A free meal will be provided.
Where to park:
Parking Attendants will be directing where to park and overflow parking will be at Second Baptist Church with shuttles running between locations.
No Pets allowed at this Event; Service Animals are Welcome.
