We are already preparing for this years “in-season leaf pick-up” that will officially begin October 15, 2020. To assist all in-town residents with leaf & limb removal as well as debris clean up, we ask that you please remember the following:
* Leaves are picked up on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Leaves are to be left by the curb.
* Do not bag leaves. (After October 15th)
* Limb pickup days are Tuesday and Thursday. Limbs are to be left by the curb.
* Please separate leaves and limbs into different piles.
* Please follow all guidelines for limbs, such as length & diameter maximums. Tree limbs should not be longer than 5 feet in length and 6 inches in diameter.
*Place leaves & limbs by the curb, and 10 feet away from any power lines or obstruction.

UPDATE: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29TH, 2019
Cleveland Street Trunk or Treat as been MOVED INDOORS to First Baptist Church Gym (entrance on Church Street) due to inclement weather forecasted for Thursday afternoon/evening.
Activities and costume contest ( 0 - 4 years old; 5 - 8 years old; and 9 - 12 years old) will start at 6 p.m. Starting at 7 p.m. Trunk or Treat will begin. There will be a designated flow for Trunk or Treat due to it being moved indoors.
The Best Looking Trunk Contest will still take place.
Additionally, all children will be asked age and zip code when entering the lobby for demographic information to be used in planning future events.
Still looking for volunteers!!! Contact if you can help staff one of the activities.
Year after year this has been an awesome event. This year we are trying a new format - no standing in line for hours! We have designated a block just for activities before we start trunk or treat at 7 p.m.

We are asking everyone who wants to have a Trunk to sign up and the first 20 - 25 completed participation forms will receive a 'starter box' of candy that will be picked up the day of the event between 4:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Do you want to have an activity? We would love for you to set up a activity and/or game that is free of charge for children. Please complete the form so we can ensure we have a space just for you!

What to expect the day of Trunk or Treating
All those that have vehicles will need to be parked by 6 p.m. on the block between W. Richland and W. Church Street on N. Cleveland Street. Trunk or Treating does not start until 7 p.m.
Those that are having activities will need to be set up by 6 p.m. on N. Cleveland Street between W. Marion Street and W. Richland Street.
There will be no standing in lines!!! There is a new format - we want everyone to enjoy the evening and have wonderful activities and surprises in store for everyone. At 7 p.m. Trunk or Treat will be opened - no need to rush there is plenty of candy for everyone!!!
Children are encouraged to sign up for the FREE raffle sponsored by Kershaw Heart & Soul!
No Pets allowed at this Event; Service Animals are Welcome.
